The FMCSA’s mandate on electronic logbooks or ELogs for truckers has missed another deadline. Earlier this year, it was expected to be published on September 30, 2015. When that date was missed, October 30, 2015 became the new date.
Since the final ruling was still in the Office of Management and Budget this morning and not released for publishing, we know it will not come out today.
We expect to get an update on the status early next week. This should be accompanied by a new, expected to be missed, final ELD mandate publish date.
