Rhino Drive360 Portal Quick Guide
The Rhino Drive360 Portal offers access to basic GPS tracking data and event-based recordings collected from the Rhino Drive360 camera. The Drive360 Portal consists of six pages: Map, Reports, Service, Driver Scorecard, Field Service, and Video Clips.
For the purposes of this Quick Guide, we are providing instructional content regarding camera-related tasks limited to the Map and Video Clips pages of the Drive360 Portal.
Map
The Map page can be filtered by device alias, groups, or labels and users can choose from the following views:
- Map View – At-a-glance visual of vehicles icons on a map
- List View – List of fleet vehicles which can be sorted alphabetically in ascending or descending order by Alias, Driver, Product Key, Serial Number, or Location. The list can also be sorted by date/time in ascending or descending chronological order.
Users can also view vehicles on the map by distance to an entered address or selected landmark.
Vehicle List
The Vehicle List is located on the left-hand side of the Map page. Users can view vehicle status, stop time (if applicable), high-level location, driver name (if assigned), group affiliation (if applicable), and camera association (if equipped).
Uploading a Vehicle Clip
By selecting a vehicle from the Vehicle List, you can focus the map on the vehicle to view vehicle details, remaining camera data allotment, and vehicle timeline (All Day or Trips). You may also assign or unassign a driver to the vehicle.
You can upload a vehicle clip from the vehicle timeline feature.
How to Upload Recorded Events:
Note: You have a data cap of one (1) hour per month per camera.

- From the Vehicle List, click on a vehicle.
- Click on Timeline (above the map).
A pop-up appears on the right displaying events for the current day. - Click on the date to select the day from which you woud like to upload a recorded event using the Date Calendar or if you’d like to download an event from the current day, take no action.
Recorded events, including automatic location updates are displayed in the pop-up. - Click on the Upload icon next to the event for which you’d like the recording.
A pop-up message appears stating: “Uploading a clip uses data and will take away from your data cap.” - Click Upload to upload the recorded event or click Cancel to exit without uploading.
The Upload icon next to the event becomes gray and a pop-up message appears at the top of the page stating: “Clip upload requested. Check back later to view the clip.” - Click Video Clips at the top of the browser window to open the Video Clips page and view your uploaded event.
Video Clips
From the Video Clips page, you can view your uploaded recorded event videos and request a video clip. Requesting a clip can be especially helpful if you are researching a specific incident of which you know the device, date and/or time.
Available Clips
Available clips can be sorted by Alias, Event Type, and Date. You can also search for a clip by entering an event, address, or driver in the search field.
Newly available clips are indicated with a red dot to the left of the Play (
) icon.
Viewing a Clip
How to View a Clip:

- From the Available Clips tab of the Video Clips page, click on the Play icon next to the clip you would like to view.
A pop-up window appears displaying the event video.
The video begins to play automatically once the video has completely loaded.

- Select your preferred View Mode (360 or Split).

- Optional: You may select Slow-Mo (Slow-Motion) On or Off, download, and/or sound (on/off).
Requesting a Clip
How to Request a Clip:

- From the Video Clips page, click Request Clip.
- Next to “Device:” (Required), Enter the Device alias or use the drop-down to select the applicable device.
- Next to “Clip Start:” (Optional), click the “Select date” field and use the calendar to select the date then click the “Select time” field to select the time.
- Next to “Duration:” (Required), use the drop-down to select the duration of the video clip (30 sec, 1 min, 1 min 30 sec, or 2 min).
Once you have selected your video clip duration, the Time Remaining indicator will show you how much time remains for your monthly allotment.

- Click Upload.
Your clip request is sent and you receive the below message.
